I use this massager after, and during, a day of work at the computer. The combination of heat and electric pulses helps loosen my neck muscles if I stair at my monitor for too long without taking a break.

This is amazing. I wear it at home and at work. I had a slipped disk in my neck and this product has been helping me. It is very powerful for the neck area so don't be startled when you feel it. The different settings are great. I usually feel like I'm getting a deep massage. Just have to place it in the right spot. I do like that it doesn't stay on till your battery dies. It goes through a cycle then stops. It helps cause sometimes I fall asleep. Lol. For me it was a great buy and I recommend it.
